Up to now, China sieving industry has started to learn and produce tumbler screening machines for about 15 years.
After so many years' development, the quality and performance of China tumbler screening machine is becoming better and better.
To sum up, the development of China's swing screen has mainly gone through three stages
The first stage (2005-2010), mainly refer to the shape and basic parameters of the swing screen of Germany's Allgaier, GKM and other manufacturers, and carry out the initial imitation;
The second stage (2010-2015), the Chinese manufacturers have basically mastered the screen of the tumbler screening machines. According to the principle and manufacturing experience, the products are gradually getting closer to the German products;
The third stage (2015-), Chinese manufacturers has already made improvements on the basis of the German products and achieve similar excellent screening performance.
For now, the main development trends are reflected in the following three aspects:
1. China tumbler screening machine has fully realized the international mainstream appearance and parameters. Common models are 1000mm, 1200mm, 1600mm, 2000mm, 2200mm, 2600mm in diameter. The number of screen deck ranges from 1 to 5.
2. The screening efficiency and screening accuracy have reached the world's advanced level. Some materials can achieve a screening accuracy of more than 99%.
3. The machine configuration is advancing to the world-class level. ABB motors, Siemens motors, NSK/SKF bearings, Dow Corning seals, and Artech ultrasonic cleaning systems have gradually become standard equipment for most manufacturers. Combined with the improvement of China's machining and manufacturing capabilities, China's tumbler screening equipment will inevitably further expand its international market share.
